고유식별정보 수집 동의(Personal Information Collection and Usage Agreement)
공단은 서비스 제공을 위하여 다음과 같은 목적으로 고유식별정보(주민등록번호)를 수집하고 있습니다.(KEA collects information for identification as below to provide services.)
가. 수집목적(A. Purpose of collection)
- 해당 업무에 필요(Required for task)
나. 보유기간(B. Retention period)
- 영구보유(Permanent possession)
다. 동의 거부 및 동의 거부시의 불이익(C. Rejection of consent and disadvantages on rejection)
- "정보주체"가 고유식별정보 제공에 동의하지 않을 경우 원활한 이용을 하지 못함을 알려드립니다.(Smooth access to homepage may not be available if "information entity" does not agree with provision of information for identification.)
개인정보 수집 및 이용(Collection and Access of Personal Information)
한국에너지공단(이하 “공단”이라 함) 홈페이지에서 수집하게 될 개인정보는 [개인정보보호법] 제15조에 따라 개인정보의 수집,이용 시 본인의 동의를 얻어야 하는 정보입니다. 이에 공단은 아래 내용과 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용하고자 합니다. 홈페이지 이용자는 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만, 이 경우 회원가입 및 제공 서비스에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.(Personal information to be collected via KOREA ENERGY AGENCY (hereafter referred to as “KEA”) must obtain consent of the information entity on collection and access of personal information according to Article 15 of [Personal Information Protection Act]. Accordingly, KEA collects and accesses personal information as below. The homepage user may refuse to agree. However, refusal may result in restriction of homepage membership and provided services.)

공단은 해당 업무등을 위해 개인정보를 수집,이용합니다. 수집된 개인정보는 정해진 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 수집 목적 등이 변경될 경우에는 회원가입자에게 알리고 동의를 받을 예정입니다.(KEA collects and accesses personal information for the corresponding task. The collected personal information is not used for any purposes other than the set purpose. In case of a change in the purpose of collection, KEA will notify the member users to request consent.)

가. 공단은 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하며, 이에 대한 동의를 얻고 있습니다. 수집하는 개인정보 항목은 다음과 같습니다.(A. KEA collects only the minimal personal information required, and obtains consent for such collection. The collected items of personal information are as follows.)

- 필수항목 : 아이디, 비밀번호, 담당자명, 이메일, 유선번호, 휴대폰번호, 업체명, 대표자, 국가, 사업자등록번호, 주소(Required items: ID, Password, Name, E-mail, Landline number, Phone number, Company name, Name of representative, Country name, Business registration number, Address)
- 선택항목 : 팩스(Optional item: Fax)
나. 서비스 이용과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.(B. Information below may be automatically generated and collected in the process of service use.)
- IP Address, 쿠키, 방문 일시, 서비스 이용 기록, 불량 이용 기록(IP Address, cookies, visiting time, service access history, improper access history)
다. 수수료 납부 과정에서 아래와 같은 정보들이 수집될 수 있습니다.(C. The following information may be collected in the process of fee payment.)
- 무통장입금 : 은행명, 계좌번호 등(Deposit: Bank name, account number, and others)
[개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적]([Purpose of Collection and Access of Personal Information])
공단은 다음과 같은 이유로 개인정보를 수집합니다.(KEQ collects personal information for the following reasons.)
가. 회원관리(A. Management of member users)
- 해당 업무 운영을 위한 회원 서비스 제공 및 본인확인(Provision of user service and identification for operation of the corresponding service)
- 가입의사 확인 및 가입 사실 입증(Confirmation of intent to sign up and membership status)
- 고지사항 전달 및 민원처리(Delivery of notification and petition handling)
나. 기타 원활한 양질의 서비스 제공(B. Provision of other quality services)
[개인정보 보유 및 이용기간]([Access and Retention Period for Personal Information])
정보주체 개인정보는 원칙적으로 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 다음의 정보에 대해서는 아래의 이유로 명시한 기간 동안 보존합니다.(Personal information of the information entity are destroyed immediately after the purpose of collection and access of personal information is achieved. However, the following information is retained for the specified period for the reasons given below.)
가. 보존근거 : 가입 및 서비스 정보 제공(A. Grounds for retention: Provision of information related to membership and service)
나. 보존기간 : 회원탈퇴시까지(B. Retention period: Until withdrawal of membership)

회원가입 시 개인정보 수집 동의를 거부하실 수 있으며, 동의를 거부하실 경우 회원가입 및 해당사이트의 이용이 불가능함을 알려 드립니다.(You have the right to refuse to agree to collection of personal information when signing up, but will not be able to sign up or use the homepage if you do not agree to the terms.)

제 1 장 일반사항(Chapter 1 General Terms)
제 1 조 (목적)(Article 1 (Purpose))
이 약관은 한국에너지공단(이하 "공단")이 제공하는 온라인 서비스에의 등록 및 이용에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함을 그 목적으로 합니다.(The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate basic items of registration and the use of online services provided by KOREA ENERGY AGENCY (hereafter "KEA").)
제 2 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)(Article 2 (Effects and Change of Terms and Conditions))
1. 이 약관의 내용은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타의 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.(1. The contents of these terms and conditions come into effect by posting on service screen or notification to users by other means.)
2. 공단은 합당한 사유가 발생할 경우에는 이 약관을 변경할 수 있고, 변경된 약관은 홈페이지 내에 공지하거나 e-mail을 통해 회원에게 공지하며, 공지와 동시에 그 효력이 발생됩니다. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 이용자는 본인의 회원등록을 취소 또는 회원탈퇴(원서접수후 해당시험일 미경과시 탈퇴불가)할 수 있으며 계속 사용의 경우는 약관 변경에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다.(2. KEA may change these terms and conditions with valid reason. The changed terms and conditions are made known via homepage or e-mail, and take effect immediately upon notification. If the user does not agree with the changed terms and conditions, the user my cancel membership registration or withdraw membership (withdrawal is unavailable if the test date has not been passed after receipt of application). Continued use is considered as consent on the changed terms and conditions.)
제 3 조 (약관 외 준칙)(Article 3 (Other Rules))
본 약관에 명시되지 않은 사항은 전기통신기본법, 전기통신사업법, 정보통신윤리위원회 심의규정, 정보통신 윤리강령, 프로그램보호법 및 기타 관련 법령의 규정에 의합니다.(Any other matters not prescribed in these terms and conditions shall comply with the Framework Act on Telecommunications, Deliberation Regulations of the Korea Internet Safety Commission, Code of Ethics for Information and Communication, Program Protection Act, and other relevant laws.)
제 4 조 (용어의 정의)(Article 4 (Terms and Definitions))
본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.(The definitions of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.)
1. 이용(접수)자 : 본 약관에 따라 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자(1. User (applicant): A person who receives services provided by the homepage according to these terms and conditions.)
2. 가입 : 사이트가 제공하는 회원가입 양식에 해당 정보를 기입하고, 본 약관에 동의하여 이용계약을 완료시키는 행위(2. Sign up: Act of filling out information on the template provided by the homepage and concluding the use agreement by agreeing with the terms and conditions.)
3. 회원 : 사이트에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원등록을 한 자로서 사이트가 제공하는 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 자.(3. Member: A person who has sign upped the homepage by providing personal information and is permitted to access services provided by the homepage.)
4. 비밀번호 : 이용자와 회원ID가 일치하는지를 확인하고 통신상의 자신의 비밀보호를 위하여 이용자 자신이 선정한 문자와 숫자의 조합.(4. Password: A combination of characters and numbers selected by the user to check if the user and membership ID match, and to protect the privacy of the user.)
5. 탈퇴 : 회원이 회원스스로 이용계약을 종료시키는 행위.(5. Withdraw: Act of the user to terminate the use agreement.)
제 2 장 서비스 제공 및 이용(Chapter 2 Provision and Use of Service)
제 5 조 (이용계약의 성립)(Article 5 (Establishment of Use agreement))
1. 이용계약은 신청자가 온라인으로 사이트에서 제공하는 소정의 회원가입신청 양식에서 요구하는 사항을 기록하여 가입을 완료하는 것으로 성립됩니다.(1. The use agreement is established when the applicant fills out information required by the membership sign up template on the homepage and completes sign up online.)
2. 공단 사이트는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 이용계약에 대하여는 가입을 취소할 수 있습니다.(2. The homepage of KEA may cancel sign up in regards to the use agreement according to the following.)
1) 다른 사람의 명의를 사용하여 신청하였을 때 (1) When the name of different person is used.)
2) 회원가입신청서의 내용을 허위로 기재하여 신청하였을 때 (2) When information on the membership application are falsely written.)
3) 다른 사람의 사이트 서비스 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등의 행위를 하였을 때 (3) When conducting an act of disturbing service use of other users or plagiarizing such information.)
4) 사이트를 이용하여 법령과 본 약관이 금지하는 행위를 하는 경우 (4) When conducting an act prohibited by laws these terms and conditions via the homepage.)
5) 기타 공단이 정한 이용신청요건이 미비 되었을 때 (5) When the access application requirements set by KEA are not met.)
제 6 조 (등록사항의 변경 및 취소)(Article 6 (Change and Cancellation of Registered Information))
1. 회원은 등록신청시 기재한 사항이 변경되었을 경우에는 지체없이 “개인정보내역수정”을 통해 변경해야 합니다.(1. f there is a change in the registered information, the user shall immediately change the information through "Edit Personal Information".)
2. 회원이 등록을 취소하고자 하는 때에는 회원 본인이 “회원탈퇴”를 통해 탈퇴 신청을 하여야 합니다.(2. If the member wishes to cancel registration, the user shall request for withdrawal through "Withdraw Membership".)
제 7 조 (회원정보 사용에 대한 동의)(Article 7 (Agreement on Use of Member Information))
1. 회원의 개인정보는 공공기관의 개인정보보호에 관한 법률에 의해 보호됩니다.(1. Personal information of members are protected by Personal Information Protection Act of the public institutions.)
2. 공단 사이트의 회원 정보는 다음과 같이 사용, 관리, 보호됩니다. (2. Personal information of the members on the KEA homepage are used, manage, and protected as follows.)
1) 개인정보의 사용: 공단 사이트는 서비스 제공과 관련해서 수집된 회원의 신상정보를 본인의 승낙 없이 제3자에게 누설, 배포하지 않습니다. 단, 전기통신기본법 등 법률의 규정에 의해 국가기관의 요구가 있는 경우, 범죄에 대한 수사상의 목적이 있거나 정보통신윤리위원회의 요청이 있는 경우 또는 기타 관계법령에서 정한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우, 귀하가 공단 사이트에 제공한 개인정보를 스스로 공개한 경우에는 그러하지 않습니다.(1) Use of personal information: The KEA homepage does not reveal or distribute personal information of users to a third party without one's consent. However, an exception is made if requested by the relevant national institute, etc. according to the laws related to telecommunications; for the purpose of criminal investigation; if requested according of the procedure set by other relevant laws; or if the user reveals personal information provided to the homepage.)
2) 개인정보의 관리: 귀하는 개인정보의 보호 및 관리를 위하여 서비스의 개인정보관리에서 수시로 귀하의 개인정보를 변경할 수 있습니다. (2) Management of personal information: You may change your personal information on Personal Information Management at any time for protection and management of personal information.)
3) 개인정보의 보호: 귀하의 개인정보는 오직 귀하와 귀하의 요구에 의해 사이트 관리자만이 열람/수정/삭제할 수 있으며, 이는 전적으로 귀하의 ID와 비밀번호에 의해 관리되고 있습니다. 따라서 타인에게 본인의 ID와 비밀번호를 알려주어서는 안되며, 작업 종료시에는 반드시 로그아웃 해주시기 바랍니다.(3) Protection of personal information: Your personal information can only be browsed/modified/deleted by the site administrator upon your request, and they are fully managed through your ID and password. Therefore, you may not reveal your ID and password to others and make sure to log out when ending service.)
제 8 조 (사용자의 정보 보안)(Article 8 (Information Security of Users))
1. 가입 신청자가 사이트 서비스 가입 절차를 완료하는 순간부터 귀하는 입력한 정보의 비밀을 유지할 책임이 있으며, 회원의 ID와 비밀번호를 사용하여 발생하는 모든 결과에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.(1. You as the user are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of entered information from the time at which the homepage service sign up process is complete, and shall bear responsibility for all results occurring from use of the personal ID and password created.)
2. ID와 비밀번호에 관한 모든 관리의 책임은 회원에게 있으며, 회원의 ID나 비밀번호가 부정하게 사용되었다는 사실을 발견한 경우에는 즉시 공단에 그 사실을 통보해야 합니다. 통보를 하지 않음으로 인한 모든 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.(2. The user is responsible for managing their own ID and password. If the user discovers that his or her ID or password has been used unlawfully, alert KEA immediately. The user is responsible for all liabilities caused by failure to report.)
3. 이용자는 사이트에서 서비스사용 종료시마다 정확히 접속을 종료해야 하며, 정확히 종료하지 아니함으로써 제3자가 귀하에 관한 정보를 이용하게 되는 등의 결과로 인해 발생하는 손해 및 손실에 대하여 공단은 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.(3. The user must end their session each time after completing use of services. KEA is not responsible for any damage or loss caused by failing to end the session and allowing a third person to use the information.)
제 9 조 (서비스의 중지 및 제한)(Article 9 (Discontinuance and Limitation of Service))
1. 공단은 이용자가 본 약관의 내용에 위배되는 행동을 한 경우나 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 서비스의 중지 및 사용을 제한할 수 있습니다.(1. KMA may discontinue service or limit use if the user violates these terms and conditions, or in the following cases.)
1) 서비스용 설비의 보수 또는 공사로 인한 부득이한 경우 (1) Unavoidable cases caused by repair or construction of service facilities.)
2) 전기통신사업법에 규정된 기간통신사업자가 전기통신 서비스를 중지했을 때 (2) When the key telecommunications service provider regulated under Telecommunications Business Act discontinues telecommunication services.)
3) 국가비상사태, 서비스 설비의 장애 또는 서비스 이용의 폭주 등으로 서비스 이용에 지장이 있는 때 (3) When access to service is interrupted due to national emergency situations, hindrance of service facilities, or excessive use of service.)
제 3 장 의무 및 책임(Chapter 3 Obligations and Responsibilities)
제 10 조 (공단의 의무) (Article 10 (Obligations of KEA))
공단은 회원의 신상정보를 본인의 승낙없이 제3자에게 누설, 배포하지 않습니다. 다만, 전기통신관련법령 등 관계법령에 의하여 관계 국가기관 등의 요구가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.(KEA does not reveal or distribute personal information of users to a third party without their consent. However, an exception is made if requested by the relevant national institution, etc. according to the laws regarding telecommunications.)
제 11 조 (회원의 의무) (Article 11 (Obligations of Members))
1. 회원 가입시에 요구되는 정보는 정확하게 기입하여야 합니다. 또한 이미 제공된 귀하에 대한 정보가 정확한 정보가 되도록 유지, 갱신하여야 하며, 회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.(The required information for membership sign up must be filled out accurately. Such information must be maintained and updated to keep accurate information, and users shall not allow a third party to use their ID or password.)
2. 회원은 공단의 사전 승낙 없이 서비스를 이용하여 어떠한 영리행위도 할 수 없습니다(2. Users shall not conduct any profitable act using these services without the prior consent of KEA.)
제 12 조 (양도금지)(Article 12 (Prohibition of Transfer))
회원이 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용계약 상 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없습니다. (Users shall not transfer or give their rights to use or status under the use agreement to others.)
제 13 조 (손해배상)(Article 13 (Compensation for Damages))
공단은 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회원에게 발생한 손해 중 회원의 고의, 과실에 의한 손해에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.(Among user damages with regard to use of service, KEA is not liable for damages caused by the user, whether intentionally or accidentally.)
제 14 조 (면책조항)(Article 14 (Exemption Provision))
1. 공단은 천재지변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다. (1. KEA is exempt from responsibility to provide service if service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or equivalent forces beyond control.)
2. 공단은 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. (2. KEA is not liable for hindrance of service use caused by reasons owing to the user.)
3. 공단은 회원이나 제3자에 의해 표출된 의견을 승인하거나 반대하거나 수정하지 않습니다. 공단은 어떠한 경우라도 회원이 서비스에 담긴 정보에 의존해 얻은 이득이나 입은 손해에 대해 책임이 없습니다.(3. KEA does not approve, oppose, or modify opinions expressed by a user or a third party. KEA, in any circumstances, is not liable for benefits or losses obtained by the user based on information that comes with service.)
제 15 조 (관할법원)(Article 15 (Competent Court))
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기될 경우 공단의 본사 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 관할법원으로 합니다.(In the event of a lawsuit regarding a dispute arising from use of the service, the court with jurisdiction in the location of the KEA headquarters is to be the competent court.)
[부 칙]([Supplementary Provisions])
(시행일) 이 약관은 2013년 8월 5일부터 시행합니다.((Effective date) These terms and conditions are effective from August 5, 2013.)
